Teacher vacations and sickness

I will inform you of my availability and vacation time in advance.

In case of cancellation due to sickness, the class will be rescheduled or, if you prefer, your money can be returned.

The trial lessons are free and it will last approximately 30 minutes.

It is not mandatory. If you are confident that Spanish With Noé Olé is a good fit for you, you can directly buy the lessons.

You are not required to buy more lessons after the trial.

In case of change or cancellation of the trial class, please let me know 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Payments and Rates

Payments will be done via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. When you book your lesson, I will send you an email explaining the methods of payment and how to find my profile on them in order to make the corresponding payment.

Confirmations of the date and time of the lessons will be done once the payment has been received.

Spanish With Noé Olé is not responsible for any additional fee charged by the different payment platforms.

No refunds will be issued after completing our first lesson, but lessons can be rescheduled 24 hours in advance.

Spanish With Noe Olé reserves the right to increase its rates, always notifying at least month in advance.

Changes and Cancellation of Classes

You can cancel or reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours in advance.

If you notify me of the change or cancellation in less than 24 hours in advance, the lesson will be charged.

There is a 15 minute period of tardiness. If you don't show up during that time, the lesson will be canceled with no refund or rescheduling.

If you are going to be late for the lesson, please let me know. I can accommodate and extend the lesson if it is less than 10 minutes and my schedule allows me to.
